Many people dedicated their entire working lives to the Rörstrand porcelain factories in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Lidköping. They worked at paint-strewn tables and in studios, under pressure of piecework rates, toiling at the crushers and kilns and travelling sales routes the length and breadth of the country. At Rörstrand Museum you can find out more about the history of the company and see beautiful pieces from cups and plates to vases. THE RÖRSTRAND MUSEUM café displays new, exciting collaborative art works to admire while enjoying their very own blend of coffee beans, drinking a cup of Mon Amie tea or eating a scoop of ice cream you can’t buy anywhere else. Unzählige Menschen haben ihr Berufsleben den Porzellanmanufakturen von Rörstrand in Stockholm, Göteborg und Lidköping gewidmet. Sie waren kreativ tätig an Malertischen und in Ateliers, haben im Akkord und kräftezehrend an Massemühlen und Öfen gearbeitet und waren entlang der Vertriebsrouten im Land unterwegs. Im Rörstrand Museum können Sie mehr über die Geschichte von Rörstrand erfahren und zauberhaftes Porzellan von Tassen und Tellern bis hin zu Vasen bewundern. DAS CAFÉ DES RÖRSTRAND MUSEUMS stellt innovative künstlerische Koopera- tionen vor und lädt ein zu einer Tasse der hauseigenen Kaffeemischung, zu Mon- Amie-Tee und Eiscreme, die man nur hier kaufen kann.
